The design-build model removes the seam between drawing and site. There is no separate contractor to blame and no scope handoff — one team is accountable for the entire result.

    Consultation & Vision

    We meet on-site to understand the topography, drainage, sun paths and how your family actually uses the space. No hard sell — this is the first conversation, not a pitch.

    1–2 weeks

  2. 02

    Detailed Site Study

    A paid site study gives us the survey, soil analysis and grading data to design responsibly. You keep the study whether you build with us or not.

    2–3 weeks

  3. 03

    Master Planning

    Scaled site plans, planting schedules, material palettes and photorealistic renderings developed by a licensed landscape architect.

    4–6 weeks

  4. 04

    Material Selection

    We visit stone yards together to select the specific Indiana limestone, bluestone and nursery-grown native specimens that will define your project.

    2 weeks

  5. 05

    Construction

    Our in-house masons and crews execute the build, managed daily by the same designer who drew the plans. Weekly walkthroughs and a shared project log keep you inside the process.

    4–12 weeks

  6. 06

    Stewardship

    Final walkthrough with a printed care guide, plus an optional maintenance program to make sure the landscape matures the way it was designed.
